The Perseid Meteor shower is happening right now!  Jason and I sat in the backyard for a bit and watched the stars... been a long time since we've done that! It's such a beautiful and clear night.  And yes, I did see one! And I did make a wish...... can't tell you what I wished for or else it won't come true :)

I spent this afternoon taking our fridge apart and cleaning it.  Wasn't planning on doing that, then again, I don't think Christopher planned on dumping a whole pitcher of juice IN the fridge! Oh well, now my fridge is nice and clean and organised :) 

I can't sleep tonight.  Maybe I'll go start some laundry, or maybe I'll go back outside where its nice and cool.   Maybe you should go outside and watch the stars too!

P.S. for the Wish Fairy, I don't like stainless steel and would like the freezer on the bottom please ;) Hahaha!

So here she is! Meet baby Jordan Helen Elaine Ahola! Isn't she gorgeous?!! She's hooked up to an IV and getting sugar water - she was born a month early and her sugar levels are low. She should be getting out tomorrow :) Look at all that hair! I am still amazed at how perfect she is.... how gorgeous..... I'm just so excited!!!!!

Today has been a wonderful day! Our friends Steven and Donna became parents to the most beautiful baby girl ever! Baby Jordan weighed in at 7lbs 2oz and has the most incredible black hair with lots of little curls.  She's in an incubator right now, but soon I'll get to hold her and cuddle her :)  I'm so excited, and so very happy for her wonderful mommy and daddy!  I look forward to watching Jordan grow up with you and promise to be the very best godmother ever!
