Have you ever just sat and stared at someone? For no reason whatsoever, just stared for a while, not caring if they look at you or not? I find it quite rude when people do that, and it really annoys me. On the way to Joey's school today, Chris was in his stroller and was quite happy staring at this one guy... and he was ok with it. I guess when you're a baby, everything is ok. Kinda like when we were eating dinner yesterday and Chris was trying to poop at the dinner table - I had to tell Joey not to even think about it, he can go to the bathroom to poop! Or when Chris sticks out his tongue, how cute, but when Joey does it he gets in trouble? Isn't it ironic that you can do all the fun stuff when you're a baby and can't or don't know how to enjoy it, and when you grow up you're not allowed to do the fun stuff?!?

Once again, I don't really have anything to talk about, so I'll just ramble on. Let's go back to the bus story... When I take Joey to school, Chris is in his stroller. When I pick him up, I have to take Chris in his carrier (which sucks!) because the bus is so full of high school kids that there's no room for a stroller. Over the last few weeks, I've had to listen to these kids, and if these people are the future of our country... then I'm moving to Timbuktu! Not only are they rude, but they are also inconsiderate and lazy. I've heard them talk when I get on the bus, saying "Here's the chick with the kid again" like its awful that I'm getting on their bus. Then they get upset when the driver makes them move so that I can sit down. These kids think that just because Chris is strapped on to me I'm ok to stand up. Have you ever tried to stand in a moving bus with 30 extra pounds attached to you? Not an easy thing to do. And its never the boys who move - nope, its the girls who will say that there's a seat available further back. If there's seats available further back, why the hell don't they move so more people can get on the bus!!! Or what about when the driver tells people that they can't get on the bus because its too full.... there's no way I'd let them do that to me because I have to get on that bus to get Joey from school. If I don't get on the bus, I don't pick up my kid, and the GRT would have hell to pay. Believe me, I've complained before and I'd have no problem doing it again. I can be a bi-atch when I want or need to be :)

On the lighter side of the bus rides, its funny to hear the girls say "oh, what a cute baby... I want one!" It amazes me that they are 14-16 year old, and they really have no clue as to whats involved in having kids. Yeah, they are cute, and fun to have around. But would they still think its cute at 3am when that cute little face is all scrunched up screaming and crying? Or when you walk into their bedroom and find that they have discovered how to get their diaper off and has painted a beautiful brown picture all over the wall and their crib and their sheets?! I still think that they should make all high school girls go to the local hospital and watch a real live birth... I bet the high school pregnancy rate would drastically drop!!!

Ok, I'm done, nothing else to rant about. It's a different kind of post for me tonight... hope you enjoyed this side of me :) Good night!

I know exeactly what you are talking about. These kids have no resepct what so ever. When I was a teenager I had to take the TTC to school and always moved or gave my seat to the elderly..lol or pregnant, but some pepole would stare like the person needing the seat was doing something wrong! Mel you have every right to be a bi-atch. Givem Hell!

I tried to read your blog but the letters were all botted out. Are you trying the white out you just received?

lol! Yes, I make a lot of mistakes while typing on this blog, and my delete key doesn't work. So I just white out the screen and hope for the best :) Thanks so much for your thoughtful gift - it sure has come in handy!

P.S. Maybe I should sniff it to get some inspiration so I can write about good stuff!
