We woke up this morning to the most perfectly beautiful snowfall! A lot of snow fell in only a couple of hours, and it was so pretty to see! This picture was taken around 7 this morning before any cars or people were able to mess up the peacefulness! I had to post this just for my Uncle Brian - here's the snow that I promised to get a picture of for you :)

When I left the house this morning, I just stood on the front porch for a minute and debated with myself whether or not I should even go to work. The snow was perfect snowball/snowman snow, and I really wanted to stay home with Joey & Chris and just enjoy it. It was a tough decision, but I ended up at work. I was kicking myself all day - this is probably it for snow this season, so next winter I will definetly play hooky for a day just to play with my kids ;)

Here's todays random thoughts:
  1. Drew Barrymore is 32 today!
  2. Dolly the cloned sheep made her debut in 1997, after Scottish scientists decided to share their achievement with the world. She was already 7 months old... wonder what else they cloned in that time and that they didn't tell anyone about?
  3. Robert Baden-Powell was born this day in 1857... yep, I learned this today from Kelly at work! (See, I do listen!) Something to do with girl guides, but I was never a girl guide so I had no clue who she was talking about!
  4. Popcorn was introduced to English colonists in 1630. It was at a Thanksgiving dinner (in February?!), and if I were those colonists, I'd feel ripped off. Thanksgiving means turkey, not popcorn!!! Wonder what would happen if you stuffed a turkey with popcorn... hahaha - now you all have a mental image of popcorn exploding out of a turkeys butt!!!

Ok, I've rambled long enough and I've even talked about sheep and turkey. Can you tell that its been a long day, and an even longer week? But on the bright side - tomorrow is Friday! Yipee!!!

P.S. Yep, that's still Christmas lights wrapped around my front porch :)

Oh.Oh.
They have certainly cloned people.
Have you seen the six-day. The movie I mean. It's happened, I've done a lot of research for my novel. There is a whole lot, that the government and not to mention the small out of the way, private labs. claiming to do only research, don't tell you.
It's funny, that Majic Johnson does't have aids anymore. considering that theres no cure for aids. don't you think?
Not that I'm a conspiracy nut. Because I'm not, I'm just a guy that reads to much. Just ask Jay.
Ok gotta get some sleep.

Slideshow!

Enjoy the pictures everyone :)
