I'm so excited! I finally did it - after a few years of deliberation I finally made an appointment to get my tattoo! Don't know why today was the day, but it was probably because I was stopped at the lights right outside the tattoo studio and there was a parking spot right outside the door... maybe it was a sign :) Anyways, I'm getting 2 little snowflakes with hands underneath catching them. The snowflakes are to represent the kids - since their birthdays are both in December I wanted something that I can associate with it. Christmas, Santa, snow, ornaments, but I think that a christmas tree tattoo would just look a bit bizarre. So I'm getting 2 snowflakes that are different in style and size, just like Joey & Chris. The hands underneath are me. I know, corny, but I like it. Now I can't wait till for my appt!

Since its been a while I guess I should catch you up on whats been happening. I had a week off of work since the daycare was closed down and loved spending the time with the boys. We went to the childrens museum, which they both loved, spent time at the splash pad with Melissa & Matt and the kids, and wandered the parks and trails together. Other than that, we tried to hang out inside where it was cool... never fails that I have my vacation time at the hottest & most humid time of the year! Oh well, I was with the kids and that's all that matters.

Work is getting busier. I'm putting in more and more hours, and if I'm not at work working then I'm at home doing work. It just never seems to end, and I'm hoping that its just an overly busy summer. There's lots of closings scheduled for the end of the month, so we'll see if it slows down after that.

We're going to see the Bourne Ultimatum tomorrow. Should be fun! Its a night out provided by a local lawyers office in appreciation for the work we do. There's door prizes and food, and no kids are going, so its going to be GREAT!!!!!!! We've watched quite a few movies lately and enjoyed them - Disturbia, Wild Hogs (really funny!), Zodiac, Number 23, 300. I was surprised by 300. I really didn't think I'd like it but its an awesome story, not as gory as I thought it would be and I recommend it to anyone.

Joey is starting grade 1 soon, and is excited. He's into Pokemon now, and watches the movie and plays the card game all the time. I still don't understand it all..... don't think I ever will :)
